Food is one way that cultural heritage is expressed around the world. Sankofa aims to bring that rich narrative to the Metro Atlanta area, using food as the medium to showcase a vibrant and immersive African experience.
Why Sankofa
The African continent, comprising 54 countries, is diverse not only in cultures but also in food palettes derived from various regions. Our mission is to showcase this diversity by serving dishes from across the continent. This will include a blend of appetizers, entrees, and African-inspired desserts.
